 As the 2024 Texas REALTORS® Educator of the Year, I've had the privilege of training, mentoring, and coaching thousands of real estate agents and entrepreneurs, helping them scale their businesses, increase sales, and build lasting client relationships. 

I actively engage diverse audiences across various markets nationwide. My speaking and teaching engagements have taken me throughout Texas, to various states and internationally including Mexico both in-person and through virtual training. 


I've had the privilege of speaking for a range of organizations, including women's groups, financial institutions, real estate associations, and industry professionals. My engagements have included presentations for the Federal Reserve, Goldman Sachs, Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, Greater Texoma Association of Realtors, Collin County Area Realtors, Independent Brokerages, various Title Companies, Lenders, and National Builders such as Beazer Homes. Through these speaking opportunities, I have provided valuable insights on real estate, business systems, leadership, and financial literacy, equipping professionals and entrepreneurs with actional strategies for success.

Over 60% of broker complaints in Texas stem from improper use or misunderstanding of contract forms. While the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) categorizes complaints under broader labels, many stem from how agents handle timelines, earnest money, termination, and representation duties. These issues erode trust and cost agents referrals, money, and even their license. This session looks at the TREC and Texas Realtors Contracts so agents can feel confident in every situation.
